If you are serious about improving your quality of life and achieving your goals I can help you get there. Being a qualified gym instructor and sport nutritionist I can supply the whole package. You will not get the maximum results achievable without combining the correct nutrition with the correct exercise.

Being a keen rugby player, skier, scuba diver and general adrenaline junky I love training outdoors. The exercise I do is fresh and exiting, there is no sitting in a dark gym banging out rep after rep. I focus on functional fitness to get the best results in the quickest time.

I can train you outdoors, at your home or in a gym.

Some of the equipment I use include kettlebells, resistance bands, dumbbells, rope, power bags and medicine balls, while also using own body weight and aerobic exercises. I am always learning and incorporating new alternative methods of training. Functional fitness will not only make you look good, but the results will be specific to your needs, eg strengthening your core and improving performance.

Core strength is important to everyone, for sports people it is no good being able to bench press 140kg if you cannot transfer that power through your core. People who can lift heavy weights in the gym can still get a bad back doing the gardening, because their core is weak. For a mother picking up her child, she needs a strong core to do this repeatedly throughout the day without getting back pain.
