Over a 12 week period, not only will you achieve your goals but with the weekly informative presentations you will know how you have achieved them and therefore how you will maintain them. Nutrition programme.

All your food for 7 days. The nutrition programme is designed specifically to meet your likes and dislikes. The amount of calories and ratios of carbohydrates, proteins and fats are already calculated for you by a qualified sports nutritionist. There is no fad dieting or restrictive eating and you will never be told you can’t eat this or that. It’s just eating the right foods, in the right amounts at the right times and following a healthy, balanced, whole food diet. New recipes are introduced as the course progresses or on request.

Record statistics.

Keep track of your weight loss and inches, measuring yourself over the weeks. If you want a more indepth readings such as % body fat, muscle mass, metabolic rate, visceral fat, water status, physique rating then I can supply a body composition monitor.

Knowledge is Power. All you need to know on achieving and maintaining your weight loss. Once it makes sense why you are making these lifestyle changes and you know the science behind it, then your results are more likely to be long term. Topics include:-
