For me, a healthy lifestyle means building positive habits and routines that become second nature, that work with your schedule, commitments, personal and professional life. 

I've personally experienced, and seen other women like me, feel completely out of control with their diet, fitness and bodyweight, feeling bad about themselves and not knowing how to get out of that vicious cycle.
